Stand Arrow and fragments
Arrows are the published route to a random Stand, including D4C. Sources are fragment crafting, a drop from another player, Spin Ticket spins, and race spawns. One wiki says the craft cost is 5 fragments. The helper FAQ does not. Use the number on the craft button.
BloxInformer's three-choice description and the wiki's "the game picks" description disagree. Use the result your draw actually presents.
Rokakaka
Rokakaka Fruit resets a Stand in your inventory, according to the helper FAQ. A community item page also says Rokakaka trees grow rarely in Stage 1 and Stage 2 and that the shop sells the fruit for Robux. The shop price is not published. Do not eat a fruit because an unverified guide calls it a prerequisite for a different item.
The D4C code's "1 Roka" is this reset item plus Cash and an Arrow, not a free D4C.
Quest pickups
Gyro's Steel Ball is a Stage 1 quest pickup with a cue on screen. The Defused Pinbomb is a later Gyro hand-in, reported as a drop from Oyecomova. Neither item is a Stand.
Secondary items
The official description uses C to take out a secondary item and hold C to choose one. That is not a universal consume key for fruit or quest items. Follow the prompt on the item you are using.
The train shop after Stage 1 is reported to sell one firearm, shotgun or revolver, plus ammunition. Prices are unconfirmed. An older note says the left mouse button fires.

Another guide says daily and weekly quests can also pay Rokakaka, Spin Tickets, and Arrow Fragments. It does not attach those items to the rows above. Read the reward line on the quest you accept.
Passes
Awakening Outfits is 115 Robux, Custom Kill SFX is 120 Robux, and Skip Wheel Spin is 99 Robux. VIP is not for sale. The wheel's contents are not listed. Night Prowler and the Skull saddle do not appear on this pass list.
Corpse Parts
A November 8 helper answer says Corpse Parts are not currently available. Do not follow a recipe that assumes they are live.
